Weakley County Schools is RE-BIDDING the Demolition of the Existing Gleason Football Press Box and Construction of a New Gleason Football Press Box. The following are among requirements pertinent to all Work with value of $25,000 or more: 1) Bidders submitting a Bid of $25,000 or more must conform to the requirements of all Tennessee Contractors Licensing Statutes. 2) TN Drug Free Workplace Certification applies. 3) TN Statutes pertaining to Background Checks are applicable, which restricts any sex offender from entering a School site. Work Items included in this Bid Package are: The Demolition of the Existing Gleason Football Press Box and Construction of a New Gleason Football Press Box. The New Gleason Football Press Box is to be constructed per all applicable Local, State and Federal Codes. See Instructions to Bidders.
