Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Forest City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received by the Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority for Contract 22-4, Clinton Wastewater Treatment Plant Influent Mechanical Screen Relocation located in Clinton Township, Wayne County. Work shall consist of the relocation of an existing influent wastewater mechanical screen elsewhere on-site including concrete channel modifications, new utility water supply piping and all related electrical, mechanical and site work. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified bank treasurer's check, certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after opening unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, in which case the bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
