Site work for a water / sewer project in Forest City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
BIDS are invited for the Kennedy Park Storm Drainage Improvement Project. Briefly, the work involves the construction of a 12' x 100' x 6' deep underground stormwater management facility, AASHTO No. 3 stone, approximately 250 LF of 12" SLCPP and 80 LF of 12" fully perforated pipe, 3 concrete storm inlets, stone backfill, restoration of disturbed areas, site grading and related work, all as provided for within the contract documents and bid form. BID SECURITY in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required by the successful bidder for each contract. Wilkes-Barre Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the Bidding. Bids may be held by the Wilkes-Barre Township Council for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids prior to awarding the Contract. In this period of time, no Bidder may withdraw his Bid.
