Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of materials including PennDOT spec 2A modified, #2 stone, #3 stone, #7 stone, stone dust, trail surface aggregate, R3 and R4 rip rap. All material must be priced by the ton delivered, with delivery either tailgated on site or stockpiled at the township building. The cost per ton must include all fuel surcharges and trucking. All delivered materials must be accompanied by load tickets and a PennDOT certificate of compliance CS4171. All bids are to be sealed and clearly marked '2026 Aggregate Materials Bid.' The Clinton Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
