The Sonoma County Junior College District (dba Santa Rosa Junior College) herein after referred to as "SRJC", has five teaching sites in Sonoma County; including two destination campuses, one located in the City of Santa Rosa (the original and oldest of the sites and known as SRJC/Santa Rosa) and the second located in the City of Petaluma (known as SRJC/Petaluma), and three Centers, one each in Forestville, Windsor, and Southwest Santa Rosa. SRJC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide waste collection and recycling services at all of the campuses. The deadline to submit technical or process questions is November 4, 2022 at 5 pm (PT). All questions must be submitted via email to the attention of Daniel Klempner - Buyer at dklempner@santarosa.edu. Prior to bidding, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to visit the project sites and inspect to their satisfaction each site condition and any other conditions affecting the work to be performed. Vendor proposals must be submitted electronically through the bid portal on or before November 17, 2022 at 2 pm (PT), no emailed, faxed or hard copy proposals will be accepted. Please note that the e-bid system times out at the deadline, no late submissions are allowed. All items marked with a red * are required items, the system will not allow submission if any information is missing. Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website for notification of solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed and it shall be the vendor's responsibility to verify the validity of all solicitation information received.
