Renovation of an educational facility in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Scope: New gyp-bd-on-metal-studs recessed alcove in existing concrete block wall, core-filling of existing concrete block, concrete and masonry patching, new structural steel lintel, ceramic tile wall and VCT floor patching, link up of new drinking fountain water supply and drain with existing, new power outlet and other miscellaneous electrical modifications, and installation of new drinking fountains. Contractor agrees to complete the Project by December 30, 2022. It is anticipated the building will be ready for work upon acceptance of quote As of October 20, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been assigned for this project. A firm construction timeline for this prject has not yet been released.
