Chelsea Garden Cemetary Phase 3 - The work under this section shall consist of field staking the horizontal and vertical alignment of all essential features and proposed work, including site furnishings, walks, fencing, drainage, utility structures, plantings, and other related features as shown on the plans. The Contractor shall familiarize themself with the existing conditions and shall be responsible for locating or re-establishing survey field ties, property lines, and benchmarks indicated on the plans.
