Renovation of a stadium in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Site Directions: 1200 S. 42nd St. Grand Forks, North Dakota. The project is identified in all correspondence as the Architects (EAPC) Project 20223170. The scope of work generally consists of the following: 1.) Removal and replacement of finishes, seating, and casework throughout the Suite Level of the facility as well as renovation of Media/Coach suites on the uppermost level. 2.) Structural reinforcing and finishing of an existing roof to be used as a roof deck. 3.) Mechanical and Electrical work to accommodate updates and minor modifications. Bids will be single prime lump sum for all work. Alternates are noted. All Work and materials are to be in accordance with the Bidding Documents which are on file in the office of the City Engineer, Grand Forks, North Dakota and at the office of the Architect, EAPC, 3100 DeMers Avenue, Grand Forks, North Dakota, reference to which is made for detailed description of the work. Refer to Specification 00 1000 for instructions for submitting the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Grand Forks.
