This project consists of selective demolition and remodeling of approximately 9,350 SF of existing interior spaces. Bid Package #2 includes selective interior demolition, rough carpentry, architectural casework, wood paneling, wood trim, wood restoration, steel stud framing, gypsum board, insulation, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, tile and rail doors, access doors and panels, door hardware, glazing, tiling, acoustical ceilings, wood flooring, resilient base and flooring, cork flooring, tile carpeting, sanitary wall panels, painting, markerboards, plastic toilet partitions, wall and door protection, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, roller window shades, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
