In general, the scope of work for the project consists of Construction of a new 4,616 square foot General Aviation Facility for US Customs and Border Protection. This will be a steel structure with masonry and metal stud walls/partitions for Customs processing. Many spaces include detention-level security such as bullet-resistant partitions, doors and windows, access control, and video surveillance. Work includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, site development, and utility upgrades as described in the bid documents.
