As of October 25 2022 this project has no awarded bidder yet. In general, the scope of work for the project consists of Construction of a new 4,616 square foot General Aviation Facility for US Customs and Border Protection. This will be a steel structure with masonry and metal stud walls/partitions for Customs processing. Many spaces include detention-level security such as bullet-resistant partitions, doors and windows, access control, and video surveillance. Work includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, site development, and utility upgrades as described in the bid documents. The envelope shall also be marked with the following: CBP General Aviation Facility, Grand Forks International Airport, Grand Forks, ND. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms (provided in the proposal). No paper plans and specifications will be provided.
