The Jefferson County Purchasing Department for Jefferson County Schools (JCS) will receive sealed Statements of Qualifications for selection of an Energy Services Company (ESCO). JCS intends to select the most qualified contractor per the evaluation criteria herein with whom it will enter into a guaranteed energy savings performance contract. After review of all accepted responses, firms selected on the basis of their qualifications may be invited to participate in an on-site interview/board presentation. Final selection will be made in accordance with the evaluation criteria and administrative directive of the JCS and other applicable statutory provisions. All questions concerning this request including general information, instructions, and selection criteria shall be submitted via email to Dr. Tommy Arnold, Jefferson County Director of Schools, at tarnold@jcboe.net. Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of RFPs. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the County of Jefferson.
