Site work for a water / sewer project in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of removal of piping located in underground utility tunnel along with a new enclosure for the relocated piping and all related work as indicated on the Construction Documents. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Saint Joseph's Center. The Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Saint Joseph's Center. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid and Bid Bond, or other approved bid security, and shall be addressed to the Saint Joseph Center, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, Bid for Saint Joseph's Center Underground Utility Project. Contractors must comply with the Department of Health regulations concerning Covid, all contractors must be vaccinated, and they must be masked while on site. All Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted to the Engineer no later than close of business on November 8, 2022
