Project No: 2027131614 Contract COLTS PA-1514-01GC - General Construction Contract COLTS PA-1514-02MC - Mechanical Construction Contract COLTS PA-1514-03EC - Electrical Construction Contract COLTS PA-1514-04PC - Plumbing Construction the County of Lackawanna Transit System (COLTS) located in Scranton, PA, is soliciting bids for proposed COLTS Transit Facility project at 800 N. South Rd., Scranton, PA 18504. Bid packages will be received for the following contracts: Contract COLTS PA-1514-01GC General Construction Contract COLTS PA-1514-02MC Mechanical Construction Contract COLTS PA-1514-03EC Electrical Construction Contract COLTS PA-1514-04PC Plumbing Construction OLTS encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE'S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy federal and PennDOT requirements. A DBE goal of 2.23% has been established for all prime contracts. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project. COLTS reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
