This contract will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for small projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania for a period of one year. Work is to be performed in accordance with the contract documents to be obtained from NWNEPA. The successful bidders will be required to submit certificates of insurance, as well as proof of registration as a PA Home Improvement Contractor, as specified. Several IDIQ contracts will be awarded, with each individual project awarded to the lowest, most responsible bidder for the particular scope of work required at that location. However, the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid in connection with said program, or to waive any irregularities. The successful bidder shall be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Envelopes containing bids shall be plainly marked specifying bidder's name and "Older Adult Home Modification Program", and delivered or mailed to the Owner's office identified. If submitting a bid electronically, the file must be named "(insert company name) - OAHMP". The owner encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate in the bidding. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), among others, is providing funding for this project.
