PROJECT DESCRIPTION In general, the Project includes: Construction of an equipment garage building at 1820 Roosevelt Blvd, Eugene, Oregon. PREVAILING WAGE This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. BID SECURITY Bidders shall submit a Bid Security for ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, plus any additive alternates, by one of the following methods: Attach a scanned version of a paper bid bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Savings and Loan Secured Check, or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a financial institution; the validity of which will be verified after the bid opening. Alternatively, use an electronic bid bond service to submit a link which includes verification of the bid bond Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100%
