The project is expected to be awarded on December 19, 2022** The City of St. Charles Missouri will receive sealed bids clearly marked "ST. CHARLES POLICE DEPARTMENT PHASE -2 ADDITION, RENOVATIONS & PARKING LOT RESURFACING". There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. It shall be for a General Contractor. Please reference the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. The work will include providing the necessary labor, materials and equipment to replace approximately 6 heat pumps, cooling tower, 5 RTUs and a boiler in the existing Police Department structure as well as phased renovations. Scope also includes a 5,400 SQFT one story addition and approximately 100,000 SQFT of asphalt split between remove & replacement with new HD asphalt and overlay of existing. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to advertise for new proposals if deemed necessary. A.
