Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in University City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of the Historic renovation of the University City Annex & Trinity Buildings and Site Development. Bids are required to be broken out into the following items per the specs: 1. Annex & Connector Renovations 2. Trinity Renovation 3. Site Improvements ALTERNATES 1. Annex Seismic Retrofit 2. Deduct for 6' High Security Fencing (ILO 8' high per drawings, base bid) ALLOWANCES 1. 2-lane 15-yard Pistol Range Unit Prices 1. Removal of unsatisfactory soil and replacement with satisfactory soil - $_/CY 2. Repointing of existing masonry - $_/SF 3. Penetrating Sealer at slabs on Frade - $_/SF Diversity requirements for this project fall under the City's Code Section 135.101B Personnel Requirements for Contractors with City, which is the Minority and/or female workers goal of 15%.
