Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The general nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to improve the drainage and water distribution systems along Dolphin Drive, Dolphin Park and Dolphin Court and their intersection with Center Street. The drainage work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing and installing one Type J 4 diameter storm water drainage manhole, four Type C catch basins and two Type E catch basins that are all interconnected with 285 LF of 18 RCP and 85 LF of 15 RCP; there is also 115 LF of 18RCP outfall to receive a CIPP liner. Water distribution improvements include, but are not limited to: furnishing and installing 1,910 LF of 4 and 6 PVC/DI pipe, five 6 isolation gate valves; 17 one inch water services and 12 two-inch water services that are single/double, same side/road crossing and 40 connections from the new meter boxes to existing water services, 4 hydrant assemblies; removal and disposal of 35 LF of asbestos concrete pipe and grout/abandon in place 1,900 LF of various sizes of asbestos concrete pipe. Repair and restoration include, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of 125 LF of header curb, 1,900 SY of paver and concrete driveways, 4,000 SY swale restoration and replacement of like kind sod, 250 LF of roadway edge repair and 650 SY of mill/resurfacing. Additional work includes notification to affected property owners, temporary traffic control, coordination with Town staff to isolate portions of the distribution system, backfill, compaction, inspection, disinfection, testing, same day restoration of residential water services and property access, and all other related work required to provide complete and operational water and drainage systems as described by the Bid Documents.
