The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm. The contractor shall render four (4) inspections per year on the fire. Equipment included in this contract consists of, but not limited to the following: a. Fire Alarm: Honeywell S-3 Series Fire Alarm Control Panel (Main Panel) (2) NAC Panels Annunciator Panel Batteries and Power Supplies (3) Power supplies (10) Batteries 12 Volt/7.5 Amp Hr. Initiating Devices (50) Smoke detectors (8) Duct detectors (5) Heat detectors (31) Manual pull stations (7) Flow switches (15) Tamper switches (31) IAM's (31) RIAM's Notification Devices (51) Horn strobes (40) Strobes The term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025.
