The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the sprinkler system. The contractor shall render four (4) inspections per year on the sprinkler systems. Equipment included in this contract consists of, but not limited to the following: a. Sprinkler System: (1) Fire Pump, Aurora Model #16-2476504-4-481-11D, 750 GPM (1) Auxiliary Pump (1) Jockey Pump, Aurora G-03 BF 89-13970 (2) Dry Pipe (15) Tamper Switches Typical: Prewired Victaulic (Butterfly Valve), Firelock Series 705W Potter OSYSU (7) Flow Switches Typical: Potter VSR-F (7) Pressure gauges All Strainers All Detectors All Pre-Action Valve systems All Automatic sprinklers All Concealed automatic sprinklers All Grooved swing check valves All Supervisory switches (1) Fire department connection Piping of sprinkler system All Sprinkler heads The term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025.
