Section 00030 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS I.I BID INFORMATION A. Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education, Ridgeland School District 122, on November 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time for the 2023 Mechanical and Lighting Renovations at: Harnew Elementary School Pre-Purchase. Bids will be opened at the District Office, 6500 West 95th Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453. B. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference. C. Anticipated Award of Contract date: November 16, 2022 D. Anticipated Substantial Completion/Equipment Delivery date: June 19, 2023 E. Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt bids and will be publicly opened at that time. F. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. Doug Ogarek, Assistant Superintendent of Finance & Business Operations. G. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. H. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. I.
