**As of July 18, 2024 project was awarded to Roglin’s Inc, awarded amount is $494,135.80.** This contract provides for the site development of the South Lewis County Airport - Phase 2 Improvements - Site Preparation, New Above Ground Avgas (100LL) Fueling System, consisting of a new Avgas fueling equipment concrete pad and foundations, asphalt paving improvements, drainage improvements, area lighting improvements, and electrical improvements to support the installation of Avgas aircraft fueling equipment by others, and closure of the existing Avgas underground storage tank and aircraft fueling system (additive bid) at the South Lewis County Airport located at 5239 Jackson Highway, Toledo, WA in Lewis County, and other related work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
