The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a term contract for the provision of distribution systems improvements services on an "as needed" basis to the City's Waterworks Department. Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, supervision and material(s) to install new water main, transfer services, and abandon old water main as shown on plans prepared by City of Newport News, Waterworks Department.
