The project consists of a renovation to the Library Classroom Building at PSU Scranton. The existing 20,800 sf two-story building renovation will consolidate the libraries to the first floor and renovate the ground floor for nursing. A mechanical penthouse addition totaling approximately 2,000 gsf will be constructed. As of March 6, 2023, construction is underway.
