The City desires to hire a firm to evaluate the existing Generators, and control systems, propose changes to the system, and engineer upgrades for the hardware and software systems. The City would like to upgrade these systems in a phased approach so as the Waste Water Treatment Plant will always have reliable Back-up Power generation available during a power outage. The City expects these services to be required for the next couple of years based the size, complexity and scope of the project replacing and upgrading all on the components involved in the City's emergency generator system. The City reserves the right to complete all or a limited scope of the project with the selected firm. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/9/2022 4:00 PM
