Pursuant to the attached specifications and drawings scope to include repair cracked and uneven surfaces, resurface ramps and landings, repair holes surrounding post bases, po9sition, brace, secure and paint metal railing and posts, repair and reseed any disturbed pavement and landscape. The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking pricing from Contractors interested in the repair and resurfacing of a ramp, securing and painting of metal railings and posts at 58 Dublin Street. Concerns regarding completion date shall be forwarded to the CPO listed. Interested bidders may visit the site at their own leisure. Ramp is located at 58 Dublin Street, Lowell, MA 01854. Deadline to submit written questions: November 2, 2022, 2022 by 2:00 PM. The Lowell Housing Authority has identified a sole point of contact with bidders for the purpose of this QSP. Any attempt to contact any other LHA employee or to circumvent these procedures in any manner may be grounds for disqualification of the bidder from the procurement process. In the event previously unknown hazardous materials are discovered by the Contractor, the Contractor shall immediately suspend work in the specific location of the hazardous material and immediately notify the Housing Authority. All invoices for this project shall be submitted to Lowell Housing Authority, Attention: Brenda O'Keefe, 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854; provided the equipment, materials, supplies and/or services have been delivered/rendered as directed and accepted by the Lowell Housing Authority.
