E-mail: Amanda.Greer@ky.gov PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Commonwealth of Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration (DECA) on behalf of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is seeking professional design services for the Phase II renovation of the Jolly Classroom Building on the campus of the Hazard Community and Technical College. Phase I of this project included renovation of the Learning Center and Rad-Tech laboratories. This work is currently underway. This project will include upgrades to the HVAC systems, electrical systems, replacement of finishes and fixtures throughout the building and reconfiguration of select interior spaces to better accommodate the use of the building. This is expected to be the final phase of the renovation of this building. The Consultant will be required to monitor the current construction market and to advise KCTCS on the appropriate time to bid the project to mitigate negative effects of market conditions. The college's semester schedules will need to be considered in the scheduling of the work. CONSULTANT TEAM COMPOSITION The consultant team shall include, at a minimum, the following professional design Disciplines/Expertise. Disciplines/Expertise may reside in one or multiple persons/firms.
