Purpose: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), is soliciting bids for annual road grading of the Maud Road Extension, approximately 2.7 miles in length, from the end of the pavement to Jim Lake, Palmer/Butte area, Alaska 99645. PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Three years of commercial grading experience, specifically on roadways. ADA: The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a bid should contact the Procurement Specialist listed via email at tamra.czerny@alaska.gov; telephone at 907-269-8665; or TDD at 907-269-5411 not later than 10 calendar days prior to the solicitation closing date to make necessary arrangements. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you received this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notices website, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to tamra.czerny@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the Procurement Specialist listed may result in the rejection of your bid.
