Question Deadline 11/18/2022 at 4:00 PM AKT The Matanuska Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of relocating portable buildings as directed by the MSBSD during the term of the contract. The MSBSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any minor technicalities, informalities, and/or irregularities as it deems appropriate. SCOPE The Matanuska Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of relocating portable buildings as directed by the MSBSD during the term of the contract. GENERAL INFORMATION A. The MSBSD will perform or subcontract separately the following work in relation to moving and set-up of the portable classrooms: 1. Disconnection and reconnection of any ublibes (i.e. power, data, gas, water, and sewer). 2. Fire plan reviews. 3. Site preparation. 4. Removal and replacement of skirting, stairs, ramps, and deck. 5. Sewing ci furniture inside portable classrooms, as needed. 6. Delineation and marking of the exact location for setting up portable classrooms at each new site.
