Per the owner, as of July 9, 2024, a design team has been selected. The owner states that the project is anticipated to bid in 2025. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The City is looking for a team to design the skate park using the existing foot print. The consultant would design the skate park and create construction documents to put out to bid. The skate park will stay in the basic foot print of the current skate park, but the City is open to design concepts. The City is looking for an innovative design that will allow for maximum enjoyment by the community but that will still be economical since there are limited funds available for this project. The skate park is currently 105ft by 105ft. The City is looking for an above ground concrete skate park structure. Surveying shall be conducted to meet industry standards for both topographic and boundary. Consultant will be responsible for coordination with all utilities. The City is requesting proposals to provide: Skate Park Design The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed Agreement including the identified scope of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City.
