Renovation of a day care center in Clearlake, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
***As of February 20, 2023. Project has been awarded to Bridges Construction in the amount of $61,979.34 The City of Clearlake would like to award a contract for the installation of flooring in our Youth Center building. This building is located at 4750 Golf Avenue Clearlake CA 95422. Project 1 - Flooring to be installed in the proposed day care area: * Float the floor prior to installing the new materials. *Lifeproof Travertine Plank Stone Presidential/Light Commercial Vinyl Sheet Flooring (Model Number U6880537C932L14 from Home Depot). This room is 52 feet x 24 feet. *Installation to include color matching transition strips. *Materials must not contain asbestos! Project 2 - Flooring to be installed in the main area of the Youth Center: * Float the floor prior to installing the new materials. *Traffic Master Winding Brook 5.98 in. W Rigid Core Click Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring (Model Number VTRHDWINBRO6X36 from Home Depot). This room is 40 feet x 60 feet. *Quiet Walk Underlayment and Moisture barrier for Laminate and Engineered Flooring (Model Number QW100B1LT from Home Depot). *Installation will include color matching transition strips. * All new materials should not contain any asbestos!
