Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
BGIS is looking for a contractor to replace/retrofit the current drinking fountains within building 3,5,6,7,8, and 9 at the Carling Campus. The fountains in the buildings are old with no features and, in most cases, not hung at the correct heights. The new units (specs in the Merxs posting) will be touchless and enable staff to fill their reusable water bottles preventing plastic from going to landfills. The fountains at the campus being changed are in public spaces and most are on barrier-free walls. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award subject to final approval.
