Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 166,440-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
The project includes roof replacement and installation of a new HVAC system. The NPRSA has separately procured HVAC equipment to be installed. Final questions must be received by 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 8th 2023. Work at the Northshore Senior Center (NSC) includes but is not limited to providing a roof overlay at the low slope roof areas (approximately 12,000 square feet); replacement of the shingle roofing (approximately 3,600 square feet) and replacement of the existing skylights; replacement of all the HVAC systems and accompanying appurtenances for a fully functioning system. Note: Owner has purchased certain HVAC equipment to be installed. A list is provided that includes all equipment "Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI)".
