On-call Flooring Repair, Concrete/Asphalt Services IFB 11-9-22-B The Fall River Housing Authority is hereby soliciting sealed bids for one (1) year on-call contracts for On-Call Flooring Repair Services and Concrete/Asphalt Repair Services. The solicitation package contains Federal Davis Bacon Wage Schedules. The FRHA intends to award one-year contracts for each advertised trade. Work will be offered to the successful contractors on an as needed basis. The FRHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts for a single trade. A 50% Payment Bond is required for each contract as the estimated values are expected to exceed $25,000. The Flooring Repair contract (s) have a maximum estimated amount of $70,000. The Concrete Asphalt Services contract (s) have an estimated value not to exceed $50,000. All bids received later than said date and time will not be opened or considered. All bidders should identify their specific trade/specialty on the face of the sealed envelope in which their price offers are submitted and on their respective Bid Forms.
