The scope of Residential Pavement Maintenance - Phase E (City Project Nos. 2611, 2613, 2621, & 2624) includes preparing plans, specifications, and bid documents for construction on multiple residential neighborhoods and a portion of Port Chicago Highway in the City of Concord. The City expects support during construction as well. See attached location maps for project location and limits of the following projects: This Phase E grouping of projects will involve different combinations of maintenance and rehabilitation of pavement in residential neighborhoods in Zones 2H, 2Q, 2O, 4L, 5M, 5H, & a segment of Port Chicago Highway (see Location Map attachment for detailed limits of each project. Potential pavement treatments include: crack seal, slurry seal, cape seal, thin maintenance overlay (TMO), base repairs, and other robust rehabilitation alternatives depending on the existing street's pavements condition. Other project related work includes installation/upgrades of curb ramps at intersections/crossings, minor concrete repairs to facilitate pavement rehabilitation, adjustment of utilities, installation of traffic striping, fiber optic conduit, and pavement markings. The RFP includes a location map showing all streets included in each of the Phase E projects.
