Washington H Elementary School Renovation Bidding Contractors are required to be pre-qualified with the Chicago Public Schools for this project. The form of agreement for the work will be the General Contracting Services Agreement. This contract is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the General Contracting Services Agreement between the Board and General Contractor dated as of January 1, 2017. Provide new seating at the main level and balcony of the existing auditorium at Harold Washington ES. Scope also includes limited work associated with the auditorium. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contractor to Achieve Preliminary Acceptance By: Date: August 14, 2023 PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND: 100% of the Base Contract Price BID BOND: A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price is required
