All new windows/security screens, finishes, plumbing fixtures, HVAC Heating/Cooling Units, roofing, insulation, lighting, AiPhone, ramps/stairs, signage, and limited site work. The work includes standing-seam metal roof systems, hardie board panels, corrugated metal panels, double hung windows (awning at ADA) with security screens, closed-cell spray insulation, piping replacement, gutters/downspouts, shrubs, concrete/asphalt.
