Project Overview: The City of Washington has developed plans for the development of Daviess County Commons, 301 E Main St., Washington, IN 47501. The project site is bound by Main St. to the north, E South St. to the south, SE 4th St. to the east, and SE 3rd Street to the west. The limits of work exclude the existing buildings from 311-319 E. Main Street. Full construction of the park is being completed in a single bid package. Base Bid: Plans call for the construction of a Market Pavilion, Performance Pavilion, Bandshell, Restroom Building, Performance Lawn, parking areas, and amenities. The project also includes extensive utility relocation and site work. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications, including clean-up and disposal of all materials. The Contractor who is awarded the bid will be responsible for ensuring these measures are met. The Project will be constructed in one (1) single prime contract, which is outlined in the construction documents and specifications.
