Civil and Municipal Engineering and Surveying Services 2024 Design and Administration Services - Alexander Ct. Improvements Phase 1 Design, Construction and Administration Services - Wine Country Road to Lower Valley Pathway Sidewalk Connection The City of Prosser pursuant to Chapter 39.80, Revised Code of Washington, will be selecting a consulting engineering firm for various civil and municipal engineering services and engineering administrative project management services for water, sewer, drainage, and street projects, comprehensive plans, municipal planning, traffic studies, capital facilities plans, technical reports, cost estimates, environmental reviews, plans, specifications, services during construction, funding applications, traffic and parking engineering and analysis, structural engineering, and water and waste water planning and engineering including storm water management. Design, plans, specifications, and services during construction for street, utility, and wastewater treatment improvements may include those funded by DOE, TIB, STPG, TAP, HIP, NHFP, SRTS, CDBG, PWTF, DWSRF, USDA and other funding sources for the 2024 calendar year in conjunction with city sponsored projects. Statements of Qualifications will be reviewed, placed on file for the 2024 calendar year, and will be used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal will be requested for any specific project. The most highly rated firm will be selected for negotiation of a professional services contract. Selection criteria will include experience in providing municipal engineering services, relevant project experience(s), qualification of key personnel, familiarity with the City of Prosser and/or municipalities of similar size, experience with state and federal funding programs and regulatory agencies, previous performance on public projects, and references. Those firms who have statements on file for the 2023 calendar year may respond with a request for their statement to be renewed for 2024 along with any pertinent amendments to their statement. IN ADDITION, the City will be selecting an engineering consultant to provide professional engineering services for the following funded projects: Alexander Ct.
