The South Whistler Water Supply Upgrade Project - Phase I includes the installation of new water mains connecting the existing water system in Function Junction to a future pump station located adjacent to the Whistler Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) on Cheakamus Lake Road. The Scope of Works includes: 50 mm Watermain Service Installation of 50 mm domestic service line Altitude to Check Valve Replacement Removal of existing altitude valve in an existing vault at the Cheakamus Reservoir. Installation of 200 mm check valve in an existing vault at the Cheakamus Reservoir. Installation of two (2) 200 mm DI Spools. 250 mm Watermain Removal of existing 250 mm watermain and fittings and appurtenances. Installation of 250 mm DI watermain. Installation of Air valve chamber(s) complete with air valve(s). Installation of 250 mm gate valves with risers to surface. 300 mm Watermain Removal of existing 300 mm watermain and fittings and appurtenances. Installation of 10 m of 300 mm DI Watermain. 400 mm Watermain Removal of existing 400 mm watermain and fittings and appurtenances. Installation of 400 mm DI Watermain. 75 mm Fibre-Optic Conduit Installation of 75 mm conduit. Installation of pull boxes.
