Site work for a water / sewer project in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves CIPP lining, trenchless point repairs and grouting of sanitary sewer gravity mains. Lining and grout repairs of sanitary sewer manholes is also part of the scope. While subject to refinement, the scope is generally outlined below. Mains CIPP Lining (600mmØ) – 150 Lineal Meters CIPP Lining (450mmØ) – 120 Lineal Meters CIPP Lining (200 & 250mmØ) – 650 Lineal Meters Trenchless Point Repairs - 3 Grout Repairs – 3 Manholes Lining – 12 Grouting - 47 The scope of work shall generally include the following CIPP Lining Traffic Management Bypass pumping Flushing and cleaning main Pre-Lining CCTV Liner Manufacturing and Installation Post-Lining CCTV Trenchless Point Repairs Traffic Management Bypass pumping (if required) Flushing and cleaning main Pre-CCTV Repair Deficiency Post-CCTV Mainline Grouting Traffic Management Bypass pumping (if required) Flushing and cleaning main Pre-CCTV Repair Deficiency Post-CCTV Mainline Grouting Traffic Management Bypass pumping Flushing and cleaning main Pre-CCTV Repair Deficiency Post-CCTV Manhole Lining Traffic Management Surface Cleaning and Prep (ie. grouting) Remove MH ladder rungs Line MH and reinstate ladder rungs Manhole Grouting Traffic Management Verify defect(s) with Inspector Surface Cleaning Grout Defects as required Documents can be obtained from https://www.whistler.ca/business/doing-business/bid-opportunities/sanitary-sewer-main-and-manhole-upgrades
