To subscribe or for any other questions, businesses can contact the tender system by telephone at 514 856-6600 or 1 866 669-7326 (outside) or by consulting the website stipulating the reference number VLA-AOP-TEC-20 2209-TGRF , as of October 27, 2022. Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing established by them. For any information, the tenderer must communicate, in writing only, with Jean-Luc Léonard, head of the supply division of the City of L'Assomption, by email at the address appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, and this, at least seven (7) days before the opening of tenders in order to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before the opening of tenders. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered. Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. When a response has the effect of modifying the requirements of the specifications, this response must be presented in the form of an addendum. REQUIREMENTS Only bids submitted by a supplier with an establishment in Quebec or having an establishment in a province covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered.
