Reference number : 1608040 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Project: Replace doors and windows Description: The Municipal Housing Office of Lanaudière Sud is soliciting tenders for the Replacement of doors and windows located at 285 rue Sainte-Anne, L'Assomption. Conditions: Only bids from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. and who have the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1). Tenders must, of necessity, be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. The "Owner" does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incur no obligation and no costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
