Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in L'Assomption, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 45,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 16-room educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Reconstruction of the school Amedee-Marsan. The new building will house 16 classrooms, a gymnasium, two daycare facilities, a library, a multipurpose room and administrative offices. The project also includes demolition work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor following public tender 22-23-01. Note. Award of the tender 22-23-01 was previously put on hold due to a complaint submitted to the Public Procurement Authority.
