Reference number : 1639727 Review Title : Purchase of chemical products for the 2023-2024 fiscal year for the North Shore purchasing group Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: No PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of L'Assomption, acting here in its personal capacity and as an agent of the municipalities participating in the Regroupement d'achats de la Rive-Nord, is requesting bids for the purchase of chemical products for the 2023-2024 financial year. DOCUMENTS Tender documents may be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System at www.seao.ca, for companies registered for this service. To subscribe or for any other questions, businesses can contact the SEAO by telephone at 514 856-6600 or 1 866 669-7326 (outside) or by consulting the website www.seao.ca stipulating the reference number VLA-AOP-SEA-202207-APC , as of September 1 , 2022. Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing established by the SEAO . For any information, the tenderer must communicate, in writing only, with Jean-Luc Léonard, head of the supply division of the City of L'Assomption, by email at the address appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, and this, at least seven (7) days before the opening of the tenders in order to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before the opening of the tenders. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered. Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. When a response has the effect of modifying the requirements of the specifications, this response must be presented in the form of an addendum. REQUIREMENTS Only bids submitted by a supplier with an establishment in Quebec or having an establishment in a province covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered. Ville de L'Assomption does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer( s ).
