Renovation of a medical facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Plans, Specifications, Tender Documents and other information, must be obtained from Steen Knorr Architecture Incorporated, 40 Coburg Street, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2L 3J5, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $230.00 including HST per set, payable to Steen Knorr Architecture Incorporated, Telephone (506) 634-8860. Tender Documents will be available for viewing at the Construction Associations in Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick: Nova Scotia and at the office of Steen Knorr Architecture Incorporated. Sub-trade tenders for the following trades will close at the Saint John Construction Association Bid Depository at 2:00 pm., Tuesday, November 29, 2022. .1 Plumbing .2 Liquid Heat Transfer .3 Medical Gas .4 Fire Protection .5 Ventilation and Controls .6 Electrical General Contractor's Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation. Sub-trade tenders bidding through the Bid Depository must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation. The requirements of the Crown Construction Contracts Act apply. The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Email is also an acceptable method for receipt of tenders.
