The City of Hemphill will receive bids for 2021 TDA CDBG Water Project - Ground Storage Tank Rehab at City Hall, 211 Starr St, Hemphill, Texas 75948.At said time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Rehabilitation of 500,000 Gallon Bolted Ground Storage Tank 2. Site Work, & Related Work The City/County may make changes in the scope of work required to be performed by the Contractor under the Contract without relieving or releasing the Contractor from any obligations under the Contract or any guarantee given pursuant to the Contract provisions, and without affecting the validity of the guaranty bonds, and without relieving or releasing the surety or sureties of said bonds. All such work shall be executed under the terms of the original Contract unless it is expressly provided otherwise. Additionally, all such change orders must be approved by TxCDBG prior to execution of same. The City of Hemphill reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
