The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals for Design-Build services for the Phase II SCADA upgrades at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 16550 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Jackie Tayman at jtayman@cityofbowie.org. Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Tuesday, November 22, 2022 to all those who request the RFP. The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a proposal.
