The Contractor will shut off the gas supply, water, disconnect the electrical, and vent. 2. The Contractor will remove piping, water lines, and old pumps. 3. The Contractor will use a SkyTrak lift or approved equal equipment, to remove old defective boilers from under the awning and out of the rack. 4. The Contractor will provide and install two (2) RayPak Delta Limited boilers Model# H3-749B or approved equal domestic water boilers into the existing rack with new bronze inline pumps. [Specifications for approved equal boilers must be submitted with bid]. 5. The Contractor will include a four-stage digital control. 6. The Contractor will re-pipe vent pipes, gas lines, water lines, and electrical; and provide a factory start-up and test operation. 7. The Contractor will clean up the work area when completed. 8. The Contractor shall provide a limited warranty that includes at least one (1) year for parts, ten (10) years for heat exchanger, and twenty (20) years against thermal shock.
