All Labor and materials required to perform the Outside Plant (OSP) Construction of a Middle Mile Fiber Optic Broadband Network between DeBeque, Colorado and Collbran, Colorado as per the design provided in the Request for Sealed Bid document package. Project includes 17.46 miles of underground installation within the right-of-way of Mesa County Road V and 3.81 miles of aerial installation on existing powerline infrastructure. Project includes one service entrance in Collbran, Colorado. Owner will supply conduit and fiber for the project. Notes covering the Pre-Bid Conference will be prepared by the Engineer and distributed to all bidders attending the Pre-Bid Conference Location 1010 Main Street, Collbran, CO 81624
